The great benefit of Capital One cards is that the don't charge fee when used overseas. That is a 4% difference between my CapOne card and my other credit cards. My card is a cash back card that credit me every time I hit $25. It cannot get easier than this. The only downside is that the earnings are fixed and they don't have promotions to increase earnings.
