Love this reward programme. It is very easy to collect best western points. I am the top level for points. The reward web site is great and there are lots of choices for using the points. Just always check that they always update your points. I have had to chase a few hotels

I am Platinum Elite status with Best Western. Overall, BW is a great chain with a few exceptions. I do love the fact that I can just show up to a BW, flop out my platinum card, and get a reward night without so much as a call to an 800 number with a 20 minute call holding time! Extremely easy and convenient to redeem with their program!
