Excellent company, store employees, dotcom, and client service! Earning points is easy and elite (VIB) clients get special perks throughout the year and some great bonuses during the holidays. Returns are easy and customer serviceis terrific. Redeeming points could have more than three options online which could provide a greater opportunity to try new items. Other than that, Sephora rocks!
