Unless you fly Spirit very frequently, these miles will expire in 6 months. Unlike other programs which roll over your expiration date once there is new activity, Spirit miles expire unless you accrue 2000 NEW miles in a 6 month period and unless you continue to do so (that period rolls over), they will expire.
I flew in August, got 902 miles. They expired in February although I had taken another flight in December (573 miles).
For someone who likes to "save up" like myself, this program is useless.
