Virgin Mobile is a great option if you need a cheap pay by the minute service plan. Customer service is relatively slow but do a good job when they eventually respond. Biggest negative: Their website is now Spanish by default! You actually have to change it to English everytime you want to log into your account!
Overall a decent service but would be interested in hearing what other pay by the minute services are out there.
