They cancel my 23000 points from lake of use. no warning nothing no email. I couldn't travel for awhile due to medical reasons from my mother who needed 24/7 care for several years. finally able to travel again, checked my awards gone. I inquired and SOL was their excuse. I should have read the fine print. So in big letters I told them I will avoid all their properties. Thats the way they treat frequent users, know I know why some of their properties have low user reviews.

I spent two years using Wyndham Rewards hotels and fighting to get my points. The last 5 stays they would not credit my points unless I faxed in my receipt (even though I presented my card at each hotel). Bottom line, I won't stay with them any more.
