Over the past year, a 5-year expiry limit has been added, several rewards are no longer available, and the amount of points needed to redeem for anything has gone up. Customer service is lacking, and good luck trying to book a flight because unless you are booking many, many months in advance, don't count on getting a ticket (and even attempting to book months ahead may be fruitless).
