bmi Diamond Club is great.
Most business class earn 200%, but I rated the Ability to earn points 4 because for some airlines they only give 100% for business class (like Air Canada).
Redeeming miels is not very easy - you will have to call their call center for most of their flights. It stinks - it's located in India, the represents dont speak english well and they are not helpful. However, they do allow stopovers and one-ways award flights. They don't allow domestic F in the USA operated by US or UA when connecting from int'l business class (on awards). |

This programme would have been best in the UK (and probably best among non US based Star Alliance carriers) if not their BMI's dodgy computer systems. Miles randomly get posted automatically for BMI own flights, let alone flights with their partners. To claim miles members are supposed to mail their boarding passes (yes, by standard post; scans are not accepted). With BMI's ambition to be UK's second airline they could have done better. |

2X/3X earning on many business class/first class fares but often 50% or no earnings on economy fares. One way award redemptions including stop over. Cash and miles awards. Up to 625% earnings on F fares after reaching mileage threshold. |
