Although they claim to be a "five star airline". They fall a little short. Don't get me wrong they are fairly good, but still have there failings. i.e. Some flights are not awarded due to fare type, but can't seem to clarify that information prior to booking. Qmiles support is not 24 hours, although that is minor. No large partner program yet. Positive outlooks, money is being thrown it the airline for expansion which should compete against Emirates for local hub traffic. New online checkin doesn't work 100% |
