Amex Priority Pass Cards Losing Non-Lounge Access Privileges

American Express has announced that Priority Pass Select memberships associated with its cards will no longer be eligible to access Priority Pass Non-Lounge facilities. This change takes effect on August 1, 2019, and will eliminate the option to visit Priority Pass restaurants. Fortunately, Priority Pass cards linked to Citi and Chase credit cards are not affected.

Amex Platinum Card Losing Boingo Wi-Fi Perk

American Express has announced that it is ending the free Boingo Wi-Fi benefit for the Amex Platinum. The good news for current cardholders is that it is still possible to keep the benefit through the end of 2019 by taking action before May 1, 2019.

Amex Adds & Clarifies Lufthansa Lounge Access at Frankfurt

American Express has announced that it is expanding lounge access to the Lufthansa business, senator and first-class lounges at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). This is after it announced access to the business and senator lounges in Munich late last year. As part of the announcement Amex also clarified the access policy for card members at both airports.
