Per the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hotels.com\/one-key-terms\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotels.com<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vrbo.com\/one-key-terms\" rel=\"noopener\">Vrbo<\/a> terms and conditions pages:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cBase and Preferred Inventory OneKeyCash will not expire as long as you have made an Eligible Booking or redeemed a Redemption Reward through a Participating Brand on your Account at least once in the preceding eighteen (18) months. If there has been no such activity, all accumulated Base and Promotional OneKeyCash and Trip Elements in your Account will expire and will not be reinstated.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Note that promotional OneKeyCash may have a different expiration deadline. It is not long enough to completely forget your balance, but long enough that OneKeyCash expiration can creep up on you quickly.
