Eligible travelers can earn up to 15,000 bonus miles after hitting a spending threshold between <strong>May 1 and August 31, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the details and how to activate your offer \u2014 if you were targeted.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"United_Launches_New_Card_Spending_Offers_Through_August_2026\">United Launches New Card Spending Offers Through August 2026<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Travelers with a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/credit-cards\/united-mileageplus\/united-credit-cards\/\" rel=\"noopener\">United credit card<\/a> should check what Chase co-branded spending offers they have. Offers are tailored for each cardholder, offering a set number of bonus <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/awardwallet.com\/airlines\/united-mileageplus\/\" rel=\"noopener\">MileagePlus<\/a> miles after reaching a spending target on their United card.<\/p>\n<p>Targeted cardholders must <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/promo.united.com\/offers\/SummerOfYou\" rel=\"noopener\">register<\/a> by <strong>July 31<\/strong><strong>, 2026<\/strong>. Once registered, all purchases that post to the card between <strong>May 1 and August 31, 2026<\/strong> &#8212; including retroactive purchases before registering &#8212; count toward the spending requirement. Once again, cardholders have four months to reach the spending threshold, unlike other recent offers that only gave three months.<\/p>\n<p>Only purchases that post to the eligible card by <strong>August 31, 2026,<\/strong> are eligible. As such, last-minute purchases might not reflect on the statement in time.<\/p>\n<p>This is a targeted offer and, for the first time, my card wasn't targeted. However, we have examples of offers that other cardholders received this quarter, including some promotions that award both bonus miles and PQPs. Previous versions of these promotions offered up to 3X rewards, whereas this round offers only up to 1.3X, with some less than 1X.
