Until then, Chase cardholders can transfer Ultimate Rewards to JetBlue with a 25% bonus.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer bonuses are never bad news. However, even JetBlue diehards shouldn't necessarily jump on this transfer bonus. However, unlike the Southwest Rapid Rewards program, it's not an exact formula. Instead, TrueBlue points can provide anywhere between 1 and 1.5 cents per point. In recent AwardWallet user redemptions, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/point-mile-values\/JetBlue\" rel=\"noopener\">JetBlue TrueBlue points have provided 1.24\u00a2 in value<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The good news about this type of program is there are no blackout dates or need to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/airlines\/find-airline-partner-award-availability\/\" rel=\"noopener\">find award availability<\/a>. As long as a JetBlue flight is bookable with cash, you can redeem TrueBlue points for the flight. That<\/p>\n<p>The downside is that there's no way to really <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/airlines\/jetblue-trueblue\/how-to-use-jetblue-points\/\" rel=\"noopener\">maximize JetBlue TrueBlue points<\/a> \u2014 at least for flights on JetBlue. Thankfully you have nothing to fear here. <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/airlines\/jetblue-trueblue\/do-jetblue-points-expire\/\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">JetBlue TrueBlue points do not expire<\/a> as long as your account is open.<\/p>\n<p>The same is the case for Chase: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/credit-cards\/chase-ultimate-rewards\/do-chase-points-expire\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Ultimate Rewards points don't expire<\/a> as long as your card is open. So, you don't have to worry about moving points to a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/credit-cards\/chase-ultimate-rewards\/chase-transfer-partners\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Chase Ultimate Rewards transfer partner<\/a> before they expire.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Should_You_Transfer_Chase_Ultimate_Rewards_Points_to_JetBlue_With_a_Transfer_Bonus\">Should You Transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards Points to JetBlue With a Transfer Bonus?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/credit-cards\/chase-ultimate-rewards\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Chase Ultimate Rewards<\/a> points are some of the most valuable points around. Based on recent AwardWallet user redemptions, travelers can expect to get 2.01\u00a2 per point in value from Chase points. Considering JetBlue points only average 1.24\u00a2 per point, this 25% transfer bonus only boosts the value to around 1.5 cents per point.<\/p>\n<p>But that's only on the average JetBlue award redemption. If you only redeem TrueBlue points at 1 cent per point, this JetBlue transfer bonus nets you just 1.25 cents per Chase Ultimate Rewards point.<\/p>\n<p>Even better, if you redeem points for JetBlue flights through the Chase Travel Portal, you'll earn TrueBlue points on the flight purchase. So, make sure to do the math on any redemption before transferring Chase points to JetBlue &#8212; even with a transfer bonus.<\/p>\n<p>With that said, you're likely to get a much higher redemption rate if you transfer Chase points to JetBlue to book Qatar Airways Qsuite business class awards.
