You can pick from one of the above options or choose to gift one other Delta SkyMiles member top-tier Delta Diamond Medallion status. These certificates can be used for First Class and also on Delta Premium Select or <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/airlines\/delta-skymiles\/delta-one-domestic-routes\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Delta One-equipped domestic flights<\/a>. This means you can potentially use Regional Upgrade Certificates on transcontinental flights or journeys to Hawaii, where you can enjoy the Delta One cabin.<\/p>\n<p>After the upgrade certificates, I'd opt for the bonus SkyMiles. The American Express statement credit was more valuable before it was lowered for the 2026 Medallion year.
