If the item has an original manufacturer's warranty of 24 months or less, your card will extend your warranty by up to that amount.<\/p>\n<p>Or, if you purchase a 24-month warranty on top of an original manufacturer's or store warranty, your Citi will double your warranty for 24 extra months.<\/p>\n<p>But if you cease to be a cardholder before your warranty coverage expires, you'll lose your coverage entirely.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Coverage_limitations\">Coverage limitations<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>And there are also a few limitations you'll want to be aware of.
