Even better, Bilt Points are extremely valuable thanks to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/credit-cards\/bilt-rewards\/bilt-transfer-partners\/\" rel=\"noopener\">partnerships with many of the top airline and hotel loyalty programs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So, why does this matter? Until now, Bilt has focused on renters. But starting sometime in 2025, homeowners will also get in on the action, not with rent payments, but with mortgage payments.<\/p>\n<p>Back in December 2024, Bilt\u2019s founder and CEO, Ankur Jain, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.biltrewards.com\/letter-to-members-2024\" rel=\"noopener\">shared a detailed letter with members<\/a> outlining program changes for the new year. The most notable takeaway was the plan to expand into the mortgage space. It was the first program to reward members with rewards for rent payments, and it has also helped members <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/credit-cards\/how-is-credit-score-calculated\/\" rel=\"noopener\">strengthen their credit<\/a>\u00a0through on-time reporting. Even today, Bilt is the largest reporter of on-time rent payments to the major credit bureaus.<\/p>\n<p>While members have benefited from the program as it exists today, many have been vocal about wanting the same opportunities when it comes to buying a home and making mortgage payments. What is clear is that Bilt has listened to member feedback.
