What Are Postcard Cabins?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Postcard Cabins<\/a> began in 2015 as the brainchild of Jon Staff, with the goal of providing cozy “glamping” cabins in natural settings just a couple of miles from major cities. Over the past decade, the brand has grown to more than 1,200 cabins in 29 locations across the country.<\/p>\n

Each cabin includes an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a workspace. However, you won\u2019t find a TV or computer set-up; these cabins are designed to help you disconnect from the busy world.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also have a private outdoor area with a fire pit, heating and air conditioning inside the cabin, and fresh linens. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi isn\u2019t guaranteed at many locations.<\/p>\n

Postcard Cabins offer a very different experience from a typical hotel stay, giving travelers a genuine chance to connect with nature and step away from the day-to-day routine.<\/p>\n

Marriott Recently Acquired Postcard Cabins<\/span><\/h2>\n

In December 2024, Marriott announced an acquisition of Postcard Cabins<\/a>, with the plan to fully integrate the cabins into the Marriott portfolio by mid-2025. That date has come to pass, and all 29 Postcard Cabins locations are now exclusively bookable through Marriott.<\/p>\n

This deal allows Marriott Bonvoy\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> members to use points to book their stay or pay with cash and earn Bonvoy points. At this time, there doesn\u2019t appear to be any Marriott branding at the cabins, though that could change in the future.<\/p>\n
