This year is Delta's 100th anniversary in the skies. In celebration, the airline's Beyond the Summer event<\/a> offers SkyMiles members a slew of promotions to earn triple miles, save on vacation packages, and more. Here are the details.<\/p>\n

Delta Beyond the Summer Event Promotions<\/span><\/h2>\n

(Expired) 3X miles on SIXT rentals and hotel stays<\/span><\/h3>\n

Delta SkyMiles members can earn 3X miles on SIXT car rentals and hotel stays through the Delta Cars and Stays platform. Book a car rental<\/a> or hotel stay<\/a> by August 20<\/strong> and complete the rental or stay by November 30, 2025<\/strong>. Only rentals and stays booked with cash are eligible.<\/p>\n

SkyMiles members typically earn 2X miles spent on the base rate of SIXT car rentals and hotel stays in the Delta Cars and Stays Platform. This promotion offers an additional 1X mile per dollar on eligible rentals and stays. After this promotion, rewards revert to 2X miles on rentals and stays.<\/p>\n

The offer does not specify a minimum or maximum rental or stay length, nor does it indicate the number of rentals or stays on which you can earn triple miles. However, you should note that bonus miles through this promotion do not count toward Million Miler Status or Medallion Status.<\/p>\n

Finally, SkyMiles members can earn 1 MQD per $5 spent on cruises booked with Delta Cruises<\/a> through August 22, 2025<\/strong>. Members also earn 2X miles on all cruises booked by the end of 2025. You can also pair these promotions with other promotions such as kids sailing free, instant savings, discounts on the second guest, and more.<\/p>\n

Earning MQDs only applies to cruises of 21 nights or less. Earning MQDs and miles does not apply to port charges, port expenses, taxes, and travel protection. These promotions are valid for all sailings through December 31, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
