Those who choose Flexible Bilt Cash as their Bilt-exclusive bonus rewards will earn 4% back on everyday purchases, excluding rent and mortgage payments, and on top of any Bilt Rewards points earned. You can redeem it for dollar-for-dollar monthly credits, premium experiences, and enhanced rewards across the Bilt ecosystem. Members can redeem Bilt Cash to offset this fee, helping reduce or eliminate the out-of-pocket cost. Members can redeem $5 in Bilt Cash each month for a home delivery credit.
