That\u2019s why Atmos Rewards members can now choose a community that best tailors the program\u2019s perks to what matters most to them.<\/p>\n

Now that all communities are live, the promise of great deals, more curated perks, and partner offers for every kind of traveler is already taking shape. Here's everything you need to know about Atmos Rewards Communities.<\/p>\n

How Atmos Rewards Communities Work<\/span><\/h2>\n

To be part of an Atmos Rewards community, you\u2019ll first need to choose one to join. New Atmos Rewards members are now prompted to select a community when creating an account, and existing members can do so by visiting Alaska Airlines\u2019 communities site<\/a>. Once you\u2019ve chosen the community that best aligns with your interests, you\u2019re free to switch to a different one for the following year.<\/p>\n

If you actively manage your children\u2019s accounts and they\u2019re under 16 years of age, you\u2019ll need to call Alaska\u2019s Atmos Rewards agents for help enrolling them in a community.<\/p>\n

Atmos Rewards Communities<\/span><\/h2>\n

The first two Atmos Rewards communities launched in early 2026 to reward the two groups the Alaska-Hawaiian merger best represents: Alaska and Hawaii residents.<\/p>\n

As of October 1, 2026, Atmos Rewards Communities expanded to six options, offering perks to Atmos Rewards members based on how they travel and what they like to do. Benefits include free checked bags, challenges to earn more bonus points, discounts for Atmos Rewards Unlocked experiences, and others.<\/p>\n
