It's that time of year again. Wyndham has announced that there will be some changes to its award categories starting April 15, 2026<\/strong>. Select properties will move up a tier, others will move down a tier, but most will remain the same. Here's what we know so far about the Wyndham Rewards<\/a> category changes.<\/p>\n

Wyndham Rewards Plans Category Changes for 2026<\/span><\/h2>\n

Hotels are constantly reevaluating their portfolios. As part of this process, some properties will soon require more points per night to book, while others will go down in price. As a reminder, Wyndham uses a simplified three-tier system for award nights. You will spend either 7,500, 15,000, or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom, depending on the property you stay at.<\/p>\n
