You might qualify for room upgrades, welcome amenities, discounted award nights, and more. The Southwest A-list status and Chase Travel credit are nice, but only if you fly with Southwest frequently.<\/p>\n<p>Before putting all of your spending on your Sapphire Reserve card, analyze whether the opportunity to achieve status and statement credits is worth any value that might be lost by not using a different card.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, the Sapphire Reserve earns just 1X Ultimate Rewards points on non-bonus category spending, while the <a data-ccid=\"4048272\" href=\"https:\/\/awardwallet.com\/credit-cards\/capital-one-rewards\/venture-x\/\">Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card<\/a> earns 2X miles on all purchases. Before overspending on your Sapphire Reserve-branded cards, make sure the benefits are worth it.
