General Terms and Conditions for Citi Spending Offers<\/span><\/h2>\nEach targeted Citi spending offer has its own terms and conditions. However, there are some general terms you should be aware of across all offers.<\/p>\n
\n- Offers start upon activation (register by June 22, 2026<\/strong>) and apply to eligible purchases through July 31, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Purchases are categorized using merchant category codes (MCCs) assigned by payment networks. Citi doesn\u2019t control these codes, and purchases may not qualify if the assigned MCC doesn\u2019t match Citi\u2019s reward categories. Citi reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify.<\/li>\n
- Transactions must post during the promotional period to be eligible.<\/li>\n
- The following do not count as purchases: balance transfers, cash advances, checks, returned items, unauthorized charges, fees, traveler\u2019s checks, foreign currency purchases, money orders, wire transfers, lottery tickets, gaming chips, Citi Flex Loans, and Citi Flex Pay plans.<\/li>\n
- Rewards will post to the primary cardmember\u2019s account within 1 to 2 billing cycles.<\/li>\n
- Your account must remain open and in good standing to qualify. If it\u2019s closed or converted to another product, you\u2019ll no longer be eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
