Rove Launches Brand-New App<\/span><\/h2>\nRove officially launched its own app on August 28, 2026<\/strong>, and we have to say: We're impressed. If you like to book travel or shop online while you're on the go, the Rove app is the perfect companion to help you earn as many Rove Miles<\/a> as possible. The Rove app is free, and you can download the Rove iOS app here<\/a> or download the Rove Android App Beta here<\/a>.<\/p>\nThe app announcement comes alongside a variety of other announcements, including the introduction of Rove Dining, instant-earning gift cards, and a massive overhaul of the hotel booking platform.<\/p>\n
Rove also introduced new shopping extensions for Safari<\/a> and Chrome<\/a>. These new extensions let you earn Rove Miles and apply coupons directly with your favorite retailers rather than starting your shopping on Rove. The app interface is just as seamless as the Rove online interface, so you shouldn't run into any problems. You'll log in using the same credentials for your Rove account.<\/p>\n
Here's a brief overview of some of the app's best features.<\/p>\n
Explore<\/span><\/h3>\nIn the Explore tab, you can view flight deals from your home airport (as listed in your Rove account), hotel deals worldwide, and transfer your points to travel partners. For instance, I clicked “New York” and was shown flights on December 14, 2026. As long as I went during CitiNights\u2120 (Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. ET), I'd earn 6X Citi ThankYou\u00ae<\/sup> Points<\/a>, and I'd earn 12X Rove Miles. If I spent $200 on a date night dinner, I'd earn a total of 3,600 transferable miles on my meal.
