It's been a busy week in the AwardWallet newsroom. We broke the news that\u00a0Atmos Rewards elite members can save up to $90 on CLEAR,<\/a>\u00a0while also being the first to report that\u00a0Uber added Zipcar bookings<\/a>\u00a0and that Rove debuted a\u00a0new app<\/a>\u00a0and introduced a variety of new features, from\u00a0Rove Dining to a revamped hotel platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here are the other important travel updates from the week, including a targeted Hilton elite status offer, a new BlueHouse lounge opening, new airline routes, and more.<\/p>\n

Get Hilton Diamond Through a Targeted Offer<\/span><\/h2>\n

According to reports on Reddit<\/a>, select American Express Platinum Card\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> holders are getting a targeted Hilton Diamond<\/a> status offer in their inboxes. Register by September 7, 2026<\/strong>, to earn Hilton Diamond for 90 days. Complete 10 qualifying nights booked directly with Hilton during the trial period, and you can keep your status through March 31, 2028.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, I wasn't targeted for this promotion, even though I've activated my Hilton Honors Gold<\/a> status through my Platinum Card\u00ae<\/sup>. If you were targeted, this is a promotion to consider. Hilton Diamond typically requires 50 nights, so if you were already planning on traveling over the next few months, this is an easy way to earn status through the beginning of 2028.<\/p>\n

JetBlue Opens BlueHouse Lounge in Boston<\/span><\/h2>\n

JetBlue opened a new BlueHouse lounge<\/a> in Boston. This is only the second BlueHouse lounge available, so it's a pretty exciting development. The 12,000-square-foot lounge opened on August 27 and is located across from gate C25 in Terminal C. It offers travelers a variety of hot food options, plus alcoholic beverages ranging from New England craft beers to cocktails designed by local mixologists.<\/p>\n

It's spacious enough to offer multiple rooms where you can work, relax, snack, or rest before your flight. As with many lounges today, the design and artwork are heavily inspired by Boston culture. If you want to visit, you'll need to either hold Mosaic 4 elite status, the JetBlue Premier Card<\/a>, or fly in Mint business class. You can also purchase a day pass from $59 to $79 per person depending on your elite status.<\/p>\n

American Airlines Switches up Flagship First Dining<\/span><\/h2>\n

American Airlines announced it will expand its Flagship First Dining<\/a> to give more customers access to it. Historically, only Flagship First customers could access Flagship First Dining, and American Airlines is phasing out its Flagship First product. So, it had to make some changes to keep this product relevant.<\/p>\n

Starting September 15<\/strong>, anyone traveling in Flagship Business (including Flagship Business Plus) on long-haul international, transcontinental, and Hawaii Flagship routes will have access to Flagship Dining. Currently, you can access Flagship Dining in Dallas (DFW) and Miami (MIA), but the airline has plans to reopen its Los Angeles (LAX) location later this year.<\/p>\n

American will launch a refreshed four-course menu and an exclusive wine and chocolate pairing. Only time will tell how this updated access policy will work in person. There will be substantially more people with access, so we imagine wait times will get increasingly long.<\/p>\n

Atmos Rewards 1 Million Points Sweepstakes<\/span><\/h2>\n

Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays, you can enter to win 1 million Atmos Rewards points \u2014 and you don't even need to be a T-Mobile subscriber. Simply enter by 4:59 a.m. ET on Tuesday, September 1, 2026<\/strong>, by entering your phone number and contact information on the promotion page<\/a>. Ten grand prize winners will be selected on September 3 and will receive 1 million Atmos Rewards points and a check for $8,571 to help cover taxes and fees.<\/p>\n

Obviously, the likelihood of winning is extremely small, but it's worth taking 30 seconds to enter. Just make sure you have a working phone number. It's open to residents of all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as long as you're at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n

American and United Airlines Launch New Routes<\/span><\/h2>\n

American Airlines has announced seven new routes<\/a> starting in summer 2027:<\/p>\n
