The airline serves over 175 destinations across six continents from its hub in Doha, and you can include flights operated by other Oneworld and partner airlines when redeeming American miles for Qatar-operated flights.<\/p>\n<p>For 70,000 AA miles each way, you can fly between the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the Middle East or Indian Subcontinent in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/airlines\/qatar-avios-award-chart\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Qatar's incredible Qsuite<\/a> product. For an extra 5,000 miles, you can also reach many destinations within the African continent, all with just one stop in Doha.<\/p>\n<p>There's a huge catch, though: Qatar Airways has severely restricted business-class award availability to American Airlines.
