After all, you're saving points and miles, which is a good thing. And Alaska Airlines' Global Getaways offer is one of the better deals we've seen on Atmos Rewards award tickets in quite some time.<\/p>\n<p>The main catch is that promotional pricing applies to economy class only, which might be a dealbreaker depending on how you prefer to travel. That said, we're seeing some excellent deals.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you can fly from Boston (BOS) to Sydney (SYD) on American Airlines via Los Angeles (LAX) for just 35,000 Atmos Rewards points plus about $48 in taxes and fees. Under Atmos Rewards' distance-based partner award chart, this itinerary would normally cost 65,000 points. That's roughly a 46% discount, which is a great deal.
