Update 8\/20\/2025: That was quick! Donations to Stand Up To Cancer through this promotion have already reached $3,000,000. That's great news for cancer research. However, it means that donors will only earn 25X AAdvantage\u00ae<\/sup> miles per dollar spent on further donations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

American Airlines just relaunched its annual promotion to offer bonus miles on Stand Up To Cancer donations. Now through September 30, 2025<\/strong>, AAdvantage members will earn at least 25 miles on the dollar for all Stand Up To Cancer donations over $25. And you'll earn a whopping 50X miles when making a donation using an AAdvantage co-branded Mastercard — until $3 million has been donated.<\/p>\n

Here's how to donate and get your bonus miles.<\/p>\n

AAdvantage Miles for Stand Up To Cancer Donations<\/span><\/h2>\n

From August 15 to September 30, 2025<\/strong>, eligible donations made to Stand Up To Cancer can earn even more AAdvantage miles. AAdvantage members typically earn 10 miles per dollar donated to Stand Up To Cancer. But, for the next one and a half months, AAdvantage members will receive at least 25 miles for every dollar donated<\/a> when donating at least $25 and listing their AAdvantage number at the time of donation.<\/p>\n

Even better, AAdvantage members who use their U.S.-issued American Airlines AAdvantage Mastercard to make the donation will receive double. That's 50 miles for every dollar donated!<\/p>\n

The terms and conditions don't list eligible cards. But all AAdvantage co-branded Mastercard-branded cards should qualify, including:<\/p>\n
