Amex has announced some new and exciting offers for Small Business Saturday<\/a>. Small Business Saturday was launched in 2010 and is held annually the first Saturday after Thanksgiving. Since its start, it has been a roaring success. According to a Consumer Insights Survey<\/a>, in 2015, 95 million Americans shopped at small independent retailers and restaurants, spending over 16.2 billion dollars \u00a0\u2013 an increase of 14% on the figures from 2014.<\/p>\n
