That said, there\u2019s a workaround: You can redeem more miles on certain flights to reduce your out-of-pocket cost.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you could book Toronto (YYZ) to Warsaw (WAW) via Frankfurt (FRA) in Lufthansa business class for 43,100 miles plus \u20ac887 (ouch) or opt for LOT Polish Airlines business class for 62,500 miles plus about \u20ac100.
