Outstanding, especially with the Chase Sapphire Reserve card. Tons of redemption options, especially using their travel portal where points values are given a 20% value kicker. Highly recommended.Maximum 2000 Characters

I had a card that auto converted to a Chase Sapphire and I had enough for a free roundtrip
but Chase chose to change the rules a put a low dollar cap on the ticket value indicating that they are allowed to change the rules and they did.
It was like getiing a ntice that says " we will be ripping you off as of a given date" and that the new rules are being implemented. They then told me that I could redeem my miles for $250 cash. I accepted because that was the cap on the ticket price for my 25000 miles that was previously good for a roundtrip domestic flight
with no cap. Sapphire used to be a precious stone that Chase devalued to less than semi-precious (ordinary) The Chase United and Continental cards are very rewarding but the Sapphire is probably the one they offer to the suckers who do not keep aware of good offers.

Tons of redemption options, and none of them are diluted. You get $1 of redemption value per 100 points, basically no matter what you redeem for (cash back, statement credit, travel, merchandise, gift cards, etc.). Web site is fairly straightforward, though maybe a little clunky.
