What’s the American Express Venue Collection?
If you have an American Express card (excluding prepaid cards), the Venue Collection offers a range of benefits that elevate your experience at participating entertainment venues. Whether you're attending a concert, sporting event, or theater performance, these perks can add convenience and value to your outing.
The Venue Collection includes a mix of official venues with a standardized set of benefits and other participating locations where perks may vary.

- You may be eligible for as high as 100,000 Membership Rewards® Points after you spend $8,000 in eligible purchases on your new Card in your first 6 months of Card Membership. Amex Venue Collection perks
The benefits aren't revolutionary, but they're sufficient to make you feel special. As a cardholder, you can enjoy the following benefits when you visit one of the Venue Collection (or Venue Collection-adjacent) stadiums and arenas:
- Get a 10% discount on concessions: By using your Amex card, you can save on the cost of concessions at Venue Collection outposts — enrollment required. This offer is valid through December 31, 2026, and there's a limit of $250 back in total statement credits per enrolled card per calendar year.
- Access to presale tickets: Before the event, you can purchase Amex Presale Tickets and Amex Reserved Tickets, provided you pay with an eligible Amex card. Purchasing one of these tickets could result in better seats or allow you to get into an event that might have sold out.
- Cardmember entrances and fast lanes: Just by flashing your American Express card (and your valid ticket), you can skip the line and use a priority entrance instead. This could mean substantial time savings if you arrive at the event right as it's about to start. Plus, you can also access American Express Shops at select arenas.
These perks and special offerings give you all the more reason to bring your Amex card when you head to your event; you could enjoy concessions, complimentary drinks, and more.
Which venues have American Express Lounges and Centurion Suites?
Some of the Venue Collection locations have dedicated Centurion Suites and American Express Lounges for Card Members plus one guest, too. Here's the most recent list of venues with these unique hang-out spots:

Amenities vary by location, but most of these suites provide those with Platinum- or Centurion-branded Cards vouchers for drinks. At the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, for example, Card Members (but not their guests) are given two drink tickets. You can also purchase premium food selections not available elsewhere in the arena.
Final Thoughts
The American Express Venue Collection isn't extraordinary. However, it's hard not to appreciate that Amex is adding complimentary cardholder benefits. That's not something issuers do very often. And Venue Collection benefits apply to all Amex cards, which is a big deal — well, all except prepaid cards.
