Wells Fargo has been on a tear revamping its card products over the last few years. With the launch of Wells Fargo transfer partners in early 2024, the bank has also been revitalizing how you can redeem Wells Fargo Rewards.
Now, we have another new card launch. What's interesting about it is that the card features bonus categories we haven't really seen before. Today, we'll introduce you to the Wells Fargo Attune℠ Card to help you decide if it's right for you.

- 4% cash rewards on sports, recreation, and entertainment purchases
- 4% cash rewards on planet-friendly purchases (including EV charging stations, riding public transportation, and purchasing select second hand and vintage)
Wells Fargo Attune Card Overview
Wells Fargo's newest credit card has valuable but unique benefits and bonus categories — especially for a $0 annual fee product. From the welcome bonus to the under-the-hood benefits, here's what cardholders can expect:
Sign-up bonus
New applicants will find a sign-up bonus on attached to the Wells Fargo Attune Card, which isn't always a given with no-annual-fee cards. Earn a $100 cash rewards bonus when you spend $500 in purchases in the first 3 months.
Bonus spending categories
Cardholders will earn an unlimited 4% cash back rewards on the following purchases:
- Self Care: Beauty and barber shops, gym memberships and fitness studios, health and beauty spas, massage parlors, and more.
- Sports, Recreation, and Entertainment: Craft shops, florists, amusement parks, pet care, sports, concerts, streaming services, and more.
- Impactful Purchases: Antique shops, public transportation, EV charging, and other transportation services, and more.
And on other eligible purchases, cardholders will earn 1% cash back.
Other noteworthy elements
The Wells Fargo Attune Card has a $0 annual fee. It also charges no credit card late fees and offers a promotional 0% APR for 12 months on purchases; 20.24%, 25.24%, or 29.99% variable APR thereafter.
Plus, you can get up to $600 in cell phone protection when you pay your monthly bill with the card.

Pair your card with another Wells Fargo card to earn more rewards
The Wells Fargo Attune Card becomes a more lucrative wallet addition if you hold a Wells Fargo Autograph® Card or Wells Fargo Autograph Journey℠ Card. Pairing your cash-back card with a points-earning card lets you transfer your cash-back rewards to points. Thus, you can take advantage of Wells Fargo's seven transfer partners.
Paired this way, this might be the best card to use on direct Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Studios, as amusement parks are bonused at 4% cash back. Transferring to transfer partners at four points per dollar creates a great option for cardholders of both cards!
Our Take
The Wells Fargo Attune Card features some of the more unique bonus categories for a card that we've seen, including amusement parks, self-care, and even pet care. Plus, those categories offer 4% cash back — an excellent return on your spending. That, coupled with a good sign-up bonus featuring a low spending threshold, makes this a card worth considering.
And while the program is still young, the ability to convert cash back rewards to points for use with Wells Fargo's transfer partners is a great option, provided you also carry a point-earning Autograph-branded card.
