It´s a good company!
Outstanding
nearly impossible to buy tickets. nearly impossible to checkin. neary impossible to reschedule a flight. worst airline in the world.

The website doesnt work and the bagagges are much more expensive than other airline programs. Send your points to another airline company. LATAM is a #### of award program.

en Argentina es muy facil sumar puntos si se tiene tarjeta de crédito del BBVA. Lamentablemente con las nuevas reglas de suma de KM a través de viajes que implementan en 2017 va a ser más dificil sumar para quienes optamos por tarifas económicas. Tiene buenas ofertas para compra de millas a US$0.012 y descuentos para redimirlas por viajes de cabotaje.

Latam is still two airlines & the service levels differ accordingly. Lan is great in the air, terrible on the ground & phone. Tam is average all around!
Latam Pass offers great elite level benefits though - unlimited upgrades for top level status holders - you can't beat that.

LANpass getting better by the day, speedier customer service responses, kms credited faster etc.
Needs more earning partners in Colombia, a credit card would be nice

Great in-air personnel & product, poor phone customer service. Expect long hold times and disconnects while calling.
