Once it was worth concentrating your points and miles here, but not anymore. They devaluated the miles over the years so that the amount that once rewarded you a round trip Brazil-Portugal-Brazil in Executive barely covers a one-way ticket in Economy today. Furthermore, the promotions that doubled your credit card points when transferring them to your TAP account, which were frequent, are long gone and haven't been seen in years. Not to mention the really awful client support and web glitches.

One of the worst operating companies. The website often has problems, difficulties to log into their own account. The service, support, is grade zero. Terrible would be too good a compliment for this item. Miles (not flown) expire in one year and the "flown" ones are valid for three years only and are not renewable.
