Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines recently launched their new loyalty combined program, Atmos Rewards. Along with it, the two merged airlines have also launched Atmos for Business, the rewards program designed specifically for small and mid-sized companies.
Atmos for Business is a flexible business rewards program that has the potential to benefit both companies as well as their employees. Businesses earn rewards for every dollar spent on flights for their employees, while those same employees continue to rack up their own personal points. This creates a great win-win system for everyone involved.
The program’s intuitive platform offers simplified booking, real-time reporting, and easy-to-understand travel management tools. Whether your company spends $5,000 or $500,000 annually on air travel, Atmos for Business allows you to maximize the value of every trip.
What is Atmos For Business?
Atmos for Business is Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines’ new loyalty and travel management platform for companies big and small that spend at least $5,000 per year on business travel. It’s designed to be simple and self-managed, rewarding both the business and its employees for their travel activity.

Once enrolled, the company itself receives its own Atmos Rewards number (separate from anyone's personal Atmos number). With it, the airline tracks collective travel spending across Alaska, Hawaiian, and their more than 30 partner airlines worldwide. For every dollar spent on eligible tickets, the business earns 1 Atmos point, which can later be redeemed for flights, upgrades, or other travel needs.
Atmos for Business also streamlines travel admin tasks with a user-friendly dashboard. Travel managers can invite employees, assign payment methods (like different credit cards for different departments), and monitor budgets all from the simple log in page. There’s even a “corporate wallet” feature (similar to the personal version) that stores unused ticket credits, allowing businesses to reuse funds that might otherwise go to waste.

What sets Atmos apart is its dual-benefit structure: while the business earns rewards, employees also continue to earn their their own Atmos points and elite status points.
Benefits for Businesses
For companies, Atmos for Business is all about maximizing efficiency and value. Every dollar spent on Alaska or Hawaiian flights earns Atmos points, which can be redeemed for future travel — helping businesses stretch their budgets further. This means the more your team travels, the more opportunities you have to save on future trips.
The platform also includes management tools that make it easy to track travel spend and view analytics. Travel managers can add travelers, set policies, and even group employees by team or location for more precise oversight.
One of the features that I love is the corporate wallet, which pools unused credits from canceled flights into one shared fund. That’s a significant improvement over traditional airline systems where unused tickets often expire or remain tied to individual travelers. If an employee leaves the company of is traveling less than other employees, you’re able to cancel tickets and reuse those unspent funds on other employees. No unused credits go to waste.
In addition, Atmos for Business supports multiple payment options, including the new Atmos™ Rewards Visa Business Card. This card delivers extra perks like a $99 companion fare, preferred boarding, and up to 3x Atmos Rewards points on Alaska and Hawaiian purchases.

Benefits for Travelers
While businesses earn their own rewards, the travelers themselves also stand to benefit with Atmos for Business. Employees can link their individual Atmos Rewards number to their company’s business account, allowing them to earn their own Atmos points miles and status-qualifying points on their flights as normal.
Even better, when you book trips through Atmos for Business, employees earn a 10% bonus on status points, helping them reach elite tiers faster.
For those employees traveling within Hawaii, the perks go even further: Members receive two free checked bags and complimentary same-day standby on the same route. These benefits not only make work trips smoother, but also add flexibility when travel plans change.
The integration of Alaska and Hawaiian’s networks also expands route options, a huge benefit for West Coast-based businesses or companies with operations in the Pacific region.

A Note on EasyBiz
Back in the Mileage Plan days, Alaska operated a business program called EasyBiz that targeted the same small-to-medium companies. Though the details and inner workings are somewhat different, Atmos for Business has effectively replaced EasyBiz.
If you had an account with EasyBiz in the past, almost all of your information, including traveler information and account balance, were transferred into the new program. If you had saved forms of payment on your profile, you will need to enter them again in the new profile.

Bottom Line
From faster status qualification to pooled credits for canceled tickets, Alaska and Hawaiian have built a modern solution for businesses that want both transparency and tangible rewards. Considering there is no cost to join and your company can earn extra points alongside your employees, why wouldn’t you sign up? Alaska and Hawaiian have really outdone themselves in rewarding their loyal travelers once again.
