Everywhere you turn, premium credit cards are offering more and more perks to get you to apply. From things like dining credits to bonus points in certain spending categories, the perks can feel endless. One such valuable credit card perk is bonus points or statement credits for streaming services. With dozens of streaming services to choose from, many people have more than one subscription, and a card that offers discounts or monthly credits is sure to come in handy.

Here are the best credit cards for streaming services in 2025.

What Are Streaming Services?

There are a lot of streaming services out there. Most offer television series or movies that you can watch on a mobile device or a smart TV. Others include music and podcasts to listen to on the go. Popular services such as Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, and Peacock are common services for which your credit card might offer a discount or statement credit. Other lesser-known services — such as Luminary, a subscription podcast network, for example — may not be covered.

For the most part, however, the following popular streaming services are covered on most credit card perks that offer bonuses or statement credits for streaming services:

  • Apple Music
  • Apple TV
  • Disney+
  • ESPN+
  • Fubo TV
  • Max
  • Hulu
  • Netflix
  • Pandora
  • Paramount+
  • Peacock
  • Showtime
  • Spotify
  • Vudu
  • YouTube Premium
  • YoutTube TV

Monthly subscription fees will vary depending on the service. Credit card perks will come in the form of bonus points or a statement credit for all or a portion of the monthly or annual subscription fee. Here are the best credit cards for streaming services among various categories.

The 4 Best Credit Cards for Streaming Services

Other Credit Cards To Consider for Streaming Purchases

Other credit cards are worth considering for your streaming service purchases as well. These cards might offer less cash back or some other way to earn bonus points for your subscription that isn't obvious.

Cards like Chase Freedom Flex℠ with rotating bonus categories have included streaming services in the past. When this happens, you can earn 5% cash back (awarded as 5x Ultimate Rewards points per dollar spent) in that category during that quarter of the year. And finally, the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card, like its premium counterpart, also earns an unlimited 2x miles on all purchases, including streaming services.

The following cards offer cash back for streaming services:

  • U.S. Bank Cash+® Visa Signature® Card lets you earn 5% cash back on your first $2,000 in combined eligible purchases each quarter on two categories you choose, which can include “TV, internet, and streaming services.”
  • Citi Custom Cash® Card can earn 5% cash back on streaming if that's your top spending category during a particular month. Earn 5% cash back on purchases in your top eligible spend category each billing cycle, up to the first $500 spent, 1% cash back thereafter. Special Travel Offer: Earn an additional 4% cash back on hotels, car rentals, and attractions booked on Citi Travel portal through 6/30/2025.
  • Savor Rewards from Capital One (no longer open to applications) offers 4% cash back on dining, entertainment, and popular streaming services.
  • Capital One Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card earns 3% cash back on popular streaming services.
  • Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards credit card offers 6% cash back for the first year in the category of your choice (then 3%), automatic 2% at grocery stores and wholesale clubs (up to $2,500 in combined choice category/grocery store/wholesale club quarterly purchases), and unlimited 1% on all other purchases. If you're a Bank of America Preferred Rewards member, you can earn 25%–75% more cash back on every purchase.
  • Citi Double Cash® Card earns 2% cash back on all purchases. You'll earn 1% when you buy plus 1% as you pay.

Another way to earn bonus points for streaming services is to buy a gift card for your streaming service at U.S. supermarkets and then use it to pay for streaming. Select credit cards offer bonus earnings for grocery store purchases, including gift cards. Those cards are as follows:

Final Thoughts

Streaming services are here to stay; in fact, they seem to be taking over traditional cable services. And a lot of them offer original content that can only be found on those platforms. If you don't want to miss out, you likely have several subscriptions. With the right credit card (or many), you can either save money or earn cash back on your streaming service subscription this year.
