Point.me is already our favorite way to search for award flight availability. And now Point.me just got even more useful for Bilt Rewards members. Starting today, Bilt Rewards airline transfer options now appear in Point.me search results.
With this addition, Point.me now supports all major transferrable bank point currencies: American Express Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou, Capital One, Brex Rewards, and now Bilt Rewards.
Let's show you how this new addition makes Point.me even better.
Searching Award Space Through Point.me
For those that aren't already users, Point.me is a game-changing way to search for live award availability. In just one search, you'll see award search results for over 100 airlines.
That's awesome enough, but Point.me goes further by showing you which transferable programs you can use to book that award. For example, say that you want to fly from Atlanta to Nassau, Bahamas. Point.me search results may show you that Virgin Atlantic Flying Club offers the cheapest way to book an award flight on the date you searched.
Instead of leaving you wondering how to generate Virgin points, Point.me shows you that you can transfer Citi ThankYou, Capital One Miles, Chase Ultimate Rewards, or Amex Membership Rewards points to Flying Club to book this award.
Even better, Point.me lets users connect their AwardWallet accounts. You can use this to narrow search results to only the programs that you already have points with. In my example above, this filter eliminated about one-third of the search results:
This ability to narrow search results to the types of points and miles you already have makes Point.me so much more useful. And that's where the addition of Bilt Rewards makes a difference. Bilt Rewards members will now see how they can transfer their Bilt points to airlines to book the flights they want.

Bilt Rewards Airline Transfer Partners
After several recent additions, Bilt Rewards points now transfer to 12 airline partners — including United MileagePlus and American Airlines AAdvantage. These are particularly notable as American Airlines isn't currently a transfer partner of any other major bank program, and United is only otherwise a transfer partner of Chase Ultimate Rewards.
For reference, here are all of Bilt Rewards' transfer partners, their airline alliances, and U.S. airline partners:
Transfer Partner | Airline Alliance | U.S. airline partners |
---|---|---|
Aer Lingus AerClub | n/a | American, Alaska, United |
Air Canada Aeroplan | Star Alliance | United |
Air France / KLM Flying Blue | SkyTeam | Delta |
American Airlines AAdvantage | Oneworld | American, Alaska |
British Airways Executive Club | Oneworld | American, Alaska |
Cathay Pacific Asia Miles | Oneworld | American, Alaska |

IHG One Rewards | n/a | n/a |
Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles | Star Alliance | United |

Earning Bilt Rewards Points
If you've made it this far without having heard of Bilt Rewards, here's a quick lowdown: Bilt Rewards is a rewards program centered around rewarding renters for paying their rent. Not only do you avoid paying fees when paying your rent through Bilt, but you can also earn Bilt Rewards points for doing so.
Whether or not you rent, you can also earn Bilt Rewards points through the $0 annual fee The Bilt Mastercard®. As long as you make five transactions per statement period, you'll earn points at the following rates:
- 3x points on dining.
- 2x points on travel.
- 1x points on up to $100k in rent payments annually
- 1x points on all other purchases.
In addition, Bilt has recently offered members double points earnings on “Bilt Rent Day” (naturally, the 1st of the month) and other promotions to boost your points balance.
Our Take
From its launch, Point.me was a game changer in finding live award availability. But it's encouraging to see that Point.me is continuing to improve its offerings. The addition of Bilt Rewards wasn't on our list of improvements we'd like to see, but it's definitely a nice addition to the service.
