Visa Flagship Rewards Card Benefits
Low annual fee
The Visa Flagship Rewards Card comes with a $49 annual fee. For the benefits it provides, this is pretty low. Plus, there are no foreign transaction fees, balance transfer fees, or cash advance fees.
Free annual Amazon Prime subscription
Cardholders of the Visa Flagship Rewards Card receive a statement credit for an annual Amazon Prime subscription, which is valued at $139. This offer is not valid on monthly membership payments. Limit of one statement credit per account, per year. This benefit alone can easily justify the annual fee, especially if you already pay for a Prime subscription.

Up to $120 in statement credits for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck
Receive up to $120 in statement credits when you use your Visa Flagship Rewards Card to apply for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck. You can use this statement credit once every 4 years. This is another benefit that makes it easy to justify the low annual fee. If you aren't already a member of one of these programs, now is the time to join.
Travel accident insurance
When you use your Visa Flagship Rewards Card to pay for the entire common carrier fare, you and your dependents will be automatically covered for bodily injury or loss. This card also comes with 24/7 travel and emergency assistance and an auto rental collision damage waiver for rentals 15 days or less.
Visa Flagship Rewards Card Earning Rates
The Visa Flagship Rewards Card earns 3x on travel and travel-related purchases. Navy Federal has a broad definition of what it includes as travel. Apart from hotels, flights, and cruises, you'll also earn 3 points per $1 spent on:
- Car rentals
- Timeshares
- Campgrounds and RV parks
- Ride-sharing services
- Parking

Redeeming Points With the Visa Flagship Rewards Card
Navy Federal Flagship points can be redeemed for travel, cash back, gift cards, or merchandise. Your Flagship points are worth 1 cent per point, no matter how you choose to redeem them.
You can usually get more value from your credit card points by transferring them to travel partners. Unfortunately, Navy Federal doesn't have any transfer partners, so there's no opportunity to increase the value of your points in this way. There are also no bonuses available when redeeming for gift cards or merchandise.
With that said, redeeming your points for cash back may be the best way to redeem Flagship points for easy value.
