The Hilton for Business program is designed to encourage small- and medium-sized businesses and their employees to stay at Hilton properties. After a quick and easy enrollment, companies can unlock special savings, earn bonus Hilton Honors points, and access other exclusive benefits.
In addition, enrolled businesses can also take advantage of two ongoing promotions. Right now, businesses can earn up to 10,000 points for inviting employees to join the program through June 28 and up to 15,000 points on eligible stays through August 27, 2025.

What Is the Hilton for Business Program?
Hilton for Business is a loyalty program tailored to small- and medium-sized businesses. After enrolling, businesses can take advantage of a handful of perks and discounts.
How to enroll in Hilton for Business — and the benefits you'll get
Joining Hilton for Business comes with plenty of benefits, and enrolling requires only a few simple steps (and it's free!). To start onboarding, visit the program's landing page and log in to your Hilton Honors account.
After that, Hilton will have you provide your organization's credentials, and you'll create a separate Hilton Honors account for your business. Once the business has been registered, you can add employees to the organization who can then create their own business profiles.
So, what benefits can you take advantage of? Here's what's on offer:
- Discounted rates: Save up to 18% at participating Hilton properties worldwide. The rate will automatically appear when the business travel toggle is switched on.
- Bonus points: Earn 7,500 Hilton Honors points for your organization after the first completed stay on the business rate.
- Milestone bonus points: Earn 5,000 points for every 10 nights stayed on the business rate (maximum of 3,000 stay nights within a calendar year).
- Program management: Manage employee access while tracking spending and point accumulation.
- Hilton Honors benefits: Travelers can continue to earn toward Hilton Honors status on stays.
- Points transfer: Transfer company points to personal Hilton Honors accounts.
- Free WiFi: Get online throughout the hotel with free standard WiFi during your stay.

Hilton for Business Promotions
Occasionally, Hilton for Business offers promotions to enrolled businesses. Here's what's available now:
Earn up to 15,000 bonus points with stays
Hilton for Business has a promotion to earn 5,000 bonus points per stay through August 27, 2025. Members can repeat this offer up to three times, for a total of 15,000 bonus points. Members must first register for this promotion and then book eligible stays at Hilton using the Hilton for Business rate.
This promotion has a limit of three stays to earn bonus points, regardless of the number of companies or employees linked to the same Hilton for Business account. Members will receive the bonus points 6-8 weeks after completing eligible stays.
Earn up to 10,000 bonus points when inviting employees
Hilton for Business offers bonus points for inviting employees to join the program. First, members must register for this promotion. Once registered, invite members of your team to join your Hilton for Business program by June 28, 2025.
You will receive 2,000 bonus points per employee, up to a maximum of 10,000 bonus points with five new members.
Unlike other programs with referral bonuses, employees invited to the program do not need to complete any stays to earn the bonus points. Additionally, employees do not receive any individual bonus points for joining Hilton for Business. However, Hilton has a new member promotion to earn up to 3,000 bonus points when joining the general Hilton Honors program throughout 2025.
Final Thoughts
While Hilton for Business isn't the most overwhelmingly exciting program, there's still value to be had for small- and medium-sized businesses by enrolling, saving money on hotel stays for work trips, and earning extra Hilton Honors points in the process.
If Hilton is your organization's hotel brand of choice, the discounted rates alone could be enough of a reason to complete the free enrollment. It's hard to complain about savings, especially if your business routinely books stays at Hilton properties.
And once you're in the ecosystem, you can take advantage of any and all Hilton for Business promotions. Right now, you can earn up to 10,000 bonus points by inviting employees through June 28. On top of that, you can register to earn up to 15,000 bonus points on stays completed by August 27, 2025.
