If you have more Hilton Honors points than you know what to do with, using them for a one-of-a-kind experience might be more interesting than a free night at a Hilton hotel. And for this year's America 250th celebration, Hilton Honors Experiences has a few very unique road trip experiences that are sure to get just about everyone excited.
And the best thing is, you can get them for just 250 Hilton Honors points. Yes, you read that right. Here are the details.
Use Hilton Points To Buy Hilton Honors America Experiences
For most Americans, summer travel means hitting the road in their cars with the whole family. Mark Weinstein, Hilton's chief marketing officer, shared the following in today's press release:
“In this milestone year celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, the open road feels especially meaningful – and Hilton Honors is proud to put our members at the center of it. Through Hilton Honors America Experiences, we’re offering once-in-a-lifetime moments for just 250 points, honoring the timeless American tradition of road trips, shared discovery, and the kind of spontaneous adventures that happen when you pile into the car and see where the journey takes you – with a great stay along the way that helps you focus on what matters most.”

Starting May 26, 2026, Hilton Honors will start dropping new Experiences on its platform to help members get in the mood for America's 250th anniversary.
Available on a first-come, first-served basis, about a dozen road trip packages — think enjoying 4th of July fireworks in Washington DC or an outdoor adventure to some of the greatest National Parks — will be added to the booking platform for members to use their hard-earned Hilton Honors points. All packages include stays at a Hampton by Hilton hotel, a Hampton-themed road trip “go bag,” and a $250 BP fuel card.
As these experiences are priced at an insanely low 250 Hilton Honors points — fewer points than a one-night stay at a Hampton would earn — they are sure not to last too long, as there's only a limited amount.
If you want to get in on the fun, make sure to download the Hilton Honors app, which will push notifications. to your phone when these experiences become available. Drop announcements will also be shared on Hilton's social media channels, so giving those a follow would be a good idea too.

The remaining experiences will be kept a surprise, and we will find out more as they continue dropping on the Hilton Honors Experiences site through the summer.
Should You Use Points for Hilton Honors Experiences?
Hilton Experiences typically provide poor value for your points unless cent-per-point value isn't important to you. Your Hilton Honors points will go the furthest when used on free night redemptions at Hilton properties worldwide.
However, there are certainly exceptions — like in this case. Booking these packages for just 250 points is an unbelievable use of your Hilton points.
Plus, for other one-of-a-kind experiences you wouldn't otherwise have access to, it might be easier to ignore what your points are worth and treat yourself.

Bottom Line
These experiences are an exceptional deal, and we expect that they will fly off the shelves quickly. Make sure you're signed up and ready to go so when these launch, you'll have the best shot of getting in. I know which of these I'll be shooting for, and hopefully I'll be lucky enough to snag one. It's also exciting to see hotels branching out of the normal points redemption to include new opportunities to redeem for these fun experiences, and the tie-in with the 250th anniversary of the United States is your chance to take part as well.
