Accor might not be a household name in the U.S., but internationally, it's a hotel powerhouse — with more than 5,600 properties across 110+ countries. Whether you’re booking a boutique stay in Paris or a luxury resort in Southeast Asia, understanding how to earn points through Accor Live Limitless (ALL) can unlock serious rewards.
But Accor’s points-earning system is a bit different from what you might be used to. Earnings vary based on the brand, your elite status, and even the currency you pay in. In this guide, we’ll break down exactly how to earn ALL Rewards and Status points — including tips for maximizing your earnings whether you're staying overnight, dining at an Accor restaurant, or booking meetings and events.

Earning ALL Points on Accor Stays
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) members earn ALL points when staying at any Accor property. At the time of this writing, Accor has over 5,600 hotels in 57 brands worldwide. The smallest market is the U.S., where Accor has only 59 hotels. In fact, there are only 139 Accor properties across all of North and Central America. As such, the ALL loyalty program is particularly inviting to international travelers.

The Accor headquarters are located in France. That's rather important, as it means the Accor ALL program uses the euro.
All points earnings are based on euros spent, not dollars. The euro is (sometimes) slightly more valuable than the dollar, so you'll earn fewer points than you might think you should without taking the conversion into account.
Elite status multiplier
Like most loyalty programs, you can earn more Accor points if you have elite status. When travelers join ALL, they start at Classic status, which earns 25 points per €10 spent at most hotels. As you move up the tiers, you earn at better rates:
- Silver status (24% bonus): 31 points per €10
- Gold status (48% bonus): 37 points per €10
- Platinum status (76% bonus): 44 points per €10
- Diamond status (100% bonus): 50 points per €10
Previously, Diamond status earned the same points as Platinum status. Now, Diamond members earn 100% bonus points — a nice improvement for the top-tier status.
Brand variables
The number of points Accor members earn at hotels also depends on the hotel brand. Most brands offer the points listed above for each tier status. However, there are some exceptions where members receive a fraction of the points:
- Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Mama Shelter: 50% of the numbers above (12.5 points per €10)
- Mantra, Peppers, Breakfree, Art Series, Adagio Original, and long-stay brands: 40% points (10 points per €10)
- Adagio Access, Jo&Joe, Greet, and Ibis Budget in certain countries: 20% points (5 points per €10)

Long-stay brands include the following, offering just 40% of the points numbers discussed previously:
- Orient Express Serviced Residences
- Fairmont Serviced Residences
- SO/ Serviced Residences
- Sofitel Serviced Residences
- MGallery Living
- Mondrian Living
- Pullman Living
- Swissôtel Living
- Hyde Living
- Mövenpick Living
- Novotel Living
- Mercure Living
Earning Status points
Earning Status points with ALL is far easier to understand. Members earn the same number of Status points as classic members earn bonus points at all brands. In other words, earn 25 Status points per €10 at most brands, 50% (12.5 points) at Ibis and similar hotels, 40% (10 points) at Mantra and similar hotels, etc.
Booking day rooms (rooms with a check-in and a checkout on the same day) earns points but not Status points. Pay attention to rates when booking a day room; for some reason, this might cost more than an overnight stay.
Unlike Reward points, Status points expire at the end of each calendar year and do not roll over to the following year.
Accor ALL points calculator
An easy way to figure out how many points you can earn with Accor is using the points calculator. Enter your elite status, hotel brand, spending amount, and currency. The calculator will tell you how many points and Status points you can earn.

What Purchases Qualify for Earning Accor Points?
Members earn points on all purchases and services at Accor hotels, with just a few exceptions.

Purchases that earn ALL points
- Members will earn points on a room booking and one additional room made on the same reservation. The member must occupy one room and another ALL member can't occupy the second room. Purchases in both rooms (such as at the minibar) earn points, but only one room earns Status points. Both rooms must be paid in full when checking out.
- Additional services and products purchased at the hotel earn points, such as minibar, telephone, room service, paid TV, and all meals and drinks at participating hotel restaurants.
- Expenses related to thalassotherapy or spa treatments performed in a Thalassa Sea & Spa Centre linked to the hotel.
- Members will earn 100 Reward points for each day they choose Skip the Clean to opt out of daily housekeeping (at participating properties).
- When booking a stay with points and cash, members will earn points on the portion of the bill paid for in cash.

Earning points at restaurants without a stay
ALL members not staying at a hotel can still earn points at participating restaurants through the Accor dining promotion. Earn 1x point per €1 spent on all food and drink purchases, excluding taxes, tips, etc. To claim your points, ensure you tell the waiter when you are ordering that you are a member and wish to record your points.
Purchases that might earn points
Some hotels might offer rewards points on the following products and services based on the individual hotel's policy:
- Business center purchases
- Boutique purchases
- Spa products and services
- Hair salons
- Beauty parlors
- Golf green fees
- Parking
- Laundry services
- Restaurants

Purchases that don't earn points
Some expenses at Accor hotels are not eligible to earn Rewards points:
- Any purchases made during a stay that don't qualify to earn points (award night stays, etc).
- Any expenses not covered in the above criteria.
- Taxes, tips, taxi rides, transfers to or from the hotel, service charges, and other applicable costs.
- Advances.
- Expenditures incurred as part of organizing a company seminar, banquet, or any other event settled globally.
- Expenses paid to intermediaries, such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc.
Furthermore, members must book rooms at an eligible rate to earn points. Rates that don't earn points include the following:
- Certain group bookings.
- Crew member room rates.
- Heartist rates.
- Tour operator rates.
- Bookings through a third party, such as Expedia, Kayak, etc.
Points for event planners
Event planners can also earn points on all bookings at 40+ Accor brands but at a different rate. They earn 1 Reward point and 1x Status point for every €2 spent on event bookings, room reservations, and meeting room reservations. Eligible room reservations must be for more than seven rooms as part of an organized, professional event.

Other Ways to Earn ALL Points
There are plenty of other ways to earn ALL points, such as with partner hotels, partnerships with airlines, Giltedge Africa safaris, and more. You can link your account and earn Accor points with the following airline programs: Flying Blue, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Qantas, and Azul.
In addition, Accor is a transfer partner of several credit card rewards programs, which is helpful if you want to grow your points balance quickly:
And, lastly, Accor has several reciprocal partnerships with airlines where you can convert your airline miles to Accor points. However, the ratios to do so are generally poor, so we'd recommend against these transfers unless they're absolutely necessary:

Our Take
Earning points at Accor hotels might not be as straightforward as other hotel loyalty programs, so hopefully, this guide has clarified things a bit. Of course, moving up the elite status ladder helps to earn more ALL points, but note that stays at some properties earn far fewer points than others. While extended stay properties offer fewer points, that could balance out by how long you're staying or how much you're spending.
Accor isn't a big chain in the U.S., considering more than 90% of its properties are outside the Americas. However, it's got a massive footprint in other countries, and understanding this rewards program can be very beneficial.
