Wynn Las Vegas just launched a rare status match opportunity from many other casino loyalty program elite statuses. This follows on the heels of the recent Fontainebleau status match and similarly requires that members match their status in person. Here are the details of this limited-time offer.
About Wynn Rewards
Wynn Las Vegas and its sister resorts, Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, share the Wynn Rewards loyalty program. This is separate from other casino loyalty programs on the Las Vegas Strip. Wynn is not known for offering status match opportunities with other casinos or hotel chains. That means this new offer is a rare opportunity to match your status from most other resorts on the Strip.
As with any other loyalty program, Wynn Rewards comes with some pretty sweet perks.
Wynn Rewards Platinum has the following benefits:
- Priority access to special events and promotions
- 220% bonus on slot points earned for FreeCredit
- Priority slot service at all Wynn resorts
- Priority seating at The Buffet
- Holland America Line cruise for two after completing two non-consecutive hotel stays in a calendar year, subject to availability
- Complimentary $100 spa credit
- Complimentary $150 birthday dinner credit
- A complimentary Wynn Master Classes for two guests
Of course, Wynn Rewards Black has many more benefits above Platinum, including:

Wynn Rewards Status Match
For a limited time, elite members of other casinos can match their status to Wynn Las Vegas. The caveat is you need to match in person, but that's not a problem if you're planning to visit the Wynn anyway. You need to present a government-issued ID and your elite status card from another casino rewards program. Here are the status matches available with this promotion:
The following statuses match to Wynn Rewards Platinum:
- Caesars Rewards Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Diamond Elite
- MGM Rewards Gold and Platinum
- my Rewards Boarding Pass President and Chairman
- Venetian Rewards Ruby and Diamond
- Genting Rewards Monarch
- Fontainebleau Gold and Silver
The following statuses match to Wynn Rewards Black:
- Caesars Rewards Seven Stars
- MGM Rewards Noir
- Genting Rewards Imperial
- Fontainebleau Royal
This offer is available through May 31, 2024. Once the status is matched, it is valid through January 31, 2025. To maintain status, members must earn the required credits (7,000 for Platinum and 70,000 for Black) to maintain or upgrade their status beyond January 31, 2025.

Other options for Wynn status match
Several casinos are not part of this Wynn Rewards status match, notably Grazie Rewards Elite, Identity/The Cosmopolitan, Infinity Rewards/Sahara Las Vegas Legend, and Unity by Hard Rock/The Mirage. But you can status match from these casinos to Fontainebleau Gold, and Fontainebleau Gold matches to Wynn Rewards Platinum. There's no guarantee Wynn Rewards will accept an elite status earned via status match from another casino, but it's worth a try if you're in that scenario.
Another route to Wynn's elite status is with FoundersCard. One of the many benefits of the FoundersCard is complimentary Wynn Rewards Platinum status.

Encore Boston Harbor
While Encore Boston Harbor uses the Wynn Rewards loyalty program, this status match does not apply to the Massachusetts resort. However, you can still earn credits at Encore Boston Harbor to keep or upgrade your elite status beyond January 31, 2025.
Wynn status match key terms
- This offer is available to new and existing members.
- Present a government-issued ID and valid casino elite status in person at Wynn Las Vegas by May 31, 2024.
- Receive Wynn Rewards Platinum or Black (depending on your current casino elite status) through January 31, 2025.
- Members can only match a status once with this offer.
- Certain individuals banned from gambling or Wynn are not eligible for this offer.
- The status match will take up to seven days to be processed, so don't expect to use your upgraded privileges the day you arrive.

Our Take
If you're visiting Wynn in the next year and already have elite status from another Las Vegas casino program, this is a nice promotion. The disadvantage is that the status match takes up to seven days to process. Considering you have to apply for the status match in person, it could mean you're not getting your benefits before the end of your trip to Las Vegas.
