The Singapore Changi Airport just got even better. The all-new Singapore Airlines First Class SilverKris Lounge in Terminal 2 is officially open. The 11,300-square-foot lounge can accommodate up to 130 customers. It'll be available to Singapore Airlines Suites and First Class customers, Solitaire PPS Club members, and First Class customers traveling on Star Alliance member airlines.
Here's what you need to know about the new lounge.
Inside the New Singapore Airlines First Class Lounge
The new Singapore Airlines First Class lounge features floor-to-ceiling windows, a newly designed bar, and zones for every type of traveler. When you enter the lounge, you're greeted with a mural that spans over 65 feet in length and almost 10 feet in height, featuring laser-cut plexiglass batik flowers and a coordinated light show. Inside, you'll find a variety of spaces where you can work, relax, eat, or rest before your flight.

Dining options
The Signature Bar seats 12 and offers a selection of high-quality coffee, cocktails, wines, spirits, and a variety of bar bites. Or, you can grab a seat at a table to order some fan favorites. Some of what's on the menu includes the SilverKris Signature Laksa and Chwee Kueh. There will also be some new dishes available for lounge guests, prepared by in-house chefs at live cooking stations. These options include a stir-fried XO carrot cake with bean sprouts and a Hawaiian chicken burger with fries.

If you'd rather visit the buffet, you'll have the opportunity to try some mouthwatering dishes this month, including herb-roasted chicken cacciatore, a Mediterranean quinoa salad, and several local Singaporean dishes. To complement your meal, you can try the signature SilverKris Bloody Mary, the Singapore Sling, or — for a healthier option — a wellness Root Recovery juice made from apple, beetroot, carrot, and ginger.
Spaces built for all travelers
When you're in the living and dining space, don't forget to look up. You'll notice two large chandeliers made out of 128 hand-blown glass stars inspired by the night sky. You'll find a variety of work, dining, and relaxation spaces, as well as four unisex shower rooms, complete with high-quality fixtures and top-of-the-line bath products.
Whether you choose to relax in a wingback chair by the windows or a booth that accommodates up to four people in the dining area, you won't have a difficult time finding a spot to enjoy your time in the lounge. You can also choose to stay in a productivity pod to get some work done before your flight. If you need a bit more space, you can head to the meeting room, which is equipped with video conferencing facilities and space for up to six people. Or, go to one of two soundproof booths to take a call.

If you'd rather nap before your flight, there are four semi-private resting pods in a soundproofed room, complete with pillows, blankets, and eyeshades. There's also a separate children's play area with a PlayStation 5 and games for all ages.

Singapore Airlines left no stone unturned when designing this lounge. There are comfortable and convenient options for families and solo travelers alike. The design is elevated and luxurious without feeling stuffy. And it looks like it'll prove to be a fantastic place to rest before your journey in Singapore Airlines Suites.
