American Express Corporate cardholders now have access to a free CLEAR Plus membership for four months. While it's not a full year like you can get with airline elite status or from other Amex cards, this is still a nice benefit. Even better is the fact you can tack these four months onto an existing membership. Here's how to claim your four months of complimentary CLEAR Plus membership.
Free CLEAR Plus Membership for Amex Corporate Cardholders
CLEAR Plus is one of the “fast-pass” membership programs to help travelers get through airport security faster. CLEAR is currently available at over 60 airports and stadiums across the U.S. An annual membership for CLEAR Plus is normally $199, but there are several ways to get this discounted or even free. Elites from Alaska, Delta, and United can get discounted or free memberships, and several Amex cards already offer a statement credit that entirely offsets the annual membership for CLEAR Plus. Enrollment is required for select Amex benefits.
Through December 31, 2023, those with a U.S.-issued American Express® Corporate Green or U.S. American Express® Corporate Gold Card can claim a free four-month CLEAR Plus membership. You'll need to enroll here for this benefit.
Unlike other Amex cards that provide a statement credit to offset your membership fee, this membership for Amex Corporate cardmembers simply provides four free months after enrollment. Cardholders will be billed the standard annual fee at the end of the four free months unless they cancel the subscription.
If you already have a CLEAR Plus subscription and have an eligible Corporate card, you still can claim four free months. Simply email CLEAR's Member Care team to confirm eligibility.
The free four-month membership will begin as soon as you claim the offer, whether as a new membership or an extension for an existing membership. Thus, you shouldn't enroll until you're ready to begin using the benefit.

CLEAR continues to add partners with free or discounted memberships. If you hold an eligible Amex Corporate card, consider claiming your free four months of CLEAR Plus. Just keep track of your dates if you don't want to keep paying for the subscription after the free period ends.
