Hilton Grand Vacations has two ongoing promotions. By far the best offer is earning 75,000 points with a three-night stay from $199. If you don't mind sitting through a timeshare presentation, these are excellent offers to consider taking advantage of. Interested? Let's look at the details.

What Is Hilton Grand Vacations?
Many hotel brands — including IHG, Wyndham, Choice, and Marriott — offer timeshare programs. The Hilton timeshare program is called Hilton Grand Vacations. And it has over 180 timeshare resorts in North America, Europe, and Japan.
Members receive ClubPoints for Hilton Grand Vacations when buying into the timeshare program. These points are different from traditional Hilton Honors points. However, the points earned through this promotion are the Hilton Honors points most of us are familiar with.
Timeshare properties typically have a slew of negative reviews. The biggest complaints are that fees routinely increase, property availability is limited, and getting out of a timeshare contract can be difficult. But on the other hand, plenty of timeshare owners like their properties.
Plus, attending a sales pitch (even if you don't purchase a timeshare) could mean enjoying a cheap stay and collecting tens of thousands of points.

Current Hilton Grand Vacations Promotions
Here's an overview of the Hilton Grand Vacations promotions that are currently available. Both offers have no expiration date, so they could get pulled at any time. Obviously, one offer is far better than the other, offering 75,000 points instead of 15,000 points.
It's worth noting that these offers may be targeted. If one is unavailable to you, try using an incognito browser or clearing your cookies. Alternatively, you may be able to get these offers over the phone by referencing the offers you've seen others describe.
Stay for as little as $199, get 75,000 Hilton Honors points
This promotion is one of the best offers from Hilton Grand Vacations that we somewhat routinely see. Hilton Honors members can book a 3-night stay at select properties for as low as $199, attend a timeshare presentation, and receive 75,000 Hilton Honors points. Only these three destinations are eligible for this offer:
- Las Vegas, NV: 3-night stays for $199
- Orlando, FL: 3-night stays for $199
- Myrtle Beach, SC: 3-night stays for $229

Once you book a package, you will receive an email with details on how to select your preferred travel dates. Unfortunately, this means you may be stuck with unwanted dates after booking your package. And packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, although you can change the date for a fee.
This promotion does not have an expiration date, but could end at any time.
Stay for as little as $249, get 15,000 Hilton Honors points
Another series of ongoing promotions offers Hilton Honors members 15,000 points with eligible stays starting at $249, provided you attend the timeshare presentation.
These offers have no end date. Once you make a reservation, you can schedule your stay up to a year in advance. While these aren't as good as the above offer, they might still be worth taking advantage of if you're not targeted with any other offers.

The promotions for 15,000 points are available at the following destinations:
- Orlando, FL: 3-night stay at SeaWorld Orlando, Tuscany Village, or Las Palmeras for $249.
- Las Vegas, NV: 3-night stay at The Boulevard, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club for $249.
- Myrtle Beach, SC: 3-night stay at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach Broadway at the Beach, or the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront for $299.
- Washington, D.C.: 3-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Washington, D.C./Georgetown Area for $349.
- Honolulu, HI: 5-night stay for $1,199.
- Waikoloa, HI: 5-night stay for $1,199.
- Maui, HI: 4-night stay for $1,899.
General terms
Members will receive their Hilton Honors points within six to eight weeks of attending the presentation. Just note that these points won't help you earn elite status with the Hilton Honors program.
After booking, members have 12 months to use the package. If you reschedule your package more than seven days before arrival, you will be charged a $19.95 fee. If you change or cancel your reservation within seven days of arrival or fail to show up, Hilton will charge you one night at the current published price.
The catch to booking such a cheap vacation and earning up to 75,000 points is that you must attend a two-hour sales presentation for a timeshare package, typically on the day of arrival. Attendees are not required to purchase a timeshare, but note that the sales pitch can be a hard sell.
Eligibility requirements
- Packages are only available to individuals and couples whose combined gross annual income meets specific requirements. Applicants must reside in a state where timeshares are registered for sale.
- Members can only book these packages once every six months.
- Members can't book packages at the same property more than once every 12 months.
- Employees of a timeshare company or hotel are ineligible.
- Married couples must attend the presentation together.
- This package is only available to solo or couple travelers. Groups are not eligible.
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Purchased packages expire 12 months after the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Our Take
Timeshares aren't for everyone. However, attending a timeshare presentation offers a great opportunity to earn a lot of bonus Hilton Honors points.
Hilton Grand Vacations often offers several overlapping promotions with varying rewards, so be sure to take advantage of the best offer. Right now, the best promotion gives 75,000 points with a 3-night stay, but there could be other (targeted) offers we don't know about.
Remember that you'll have to sit through the sales presentation for at least two hours. The process can often last longer than two hours if you count the time spent saying “no” afterward.
To put these points into context, AwardWallet members redeem Hilton Honors points at an average of 0.59¢ each. That means 75k points are worth about $443, and 15k points are worth about $88.
In other words, you're getting a far better value in points with your three-night stay than what you'll pay out of pocket for your stay, plus the cost of your time at the timeshare presentation.
