At any given time, Hilton Honors runs several promotions you can take advantage of. Right now, there’s a recently-enhanced global offer for 2,500 bonus points on every stay throughout the fourth quarter of 2025. Alongside this, there are targeted promotions for double elite-qualifying nights, double points, and more, plus ongoing offers where you can earn bonus points or free nights by staying at select brands or booking specific rates.
Below you’ll find all the current Hilton Honors promotions and their registration links so you don’t miss out on extra rewards.

Global Hilton Honors Promotions
The following Hilton Honors promotions are “global,” meaning you can earn bonus points on stays at properties worldwide.
[Enhanced] Earn 2,500 bonus points per stay
Hilton’s global promotion for the fourth quarter of 2025 is in full swing. Once you take a moment to register, you’ll earn 2,500 bonus points on every stay completed by December 31, 2025. There’s no cap on rewards with this offer, so the more you stay the more lucrative (if you can call it that) it is.
And yes, this promotion used to offer 1,500 bonus points on every stay. But it appears Hilton upped the offer after no shortage of backlash for the original offer being…well…unrewarding.
Based on recent AwardWallet user redemptions, Hilton Honors points are worth about 0.59¢ each. That makes this promotion worth less than $15 in bonus rewards per stay, not per night. Could it be more rewarding? Sure. But is it better than nothing? Absolutely.
You don’t need to register before booking, only before check-in. That means you should still earn bonus points on existing reservations during the promo period as long as you register in time.

Key terms
- Promotion valid for stays completed between October 1 and December 31, 2025, at Hilton hotels and resorts worldwide.
- Must register before completing stays during the promo period.
- Registered members earn 2,500 bonus points per stay during the promo period with no cap on the number of bonus points earned.
- Stays that begin before October 1 but end on/after October 1 (and before/including December 31) are eligible.
- Bonus points do not count toward elite tier qualification.
- Bonus points may take 6–8 weeks after stay completion to post.
- A “stay” refers to all consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of check-out/check-in activity.
Targeted Hilton Promotions
Hilton Honors sometimes targets members with special offers by email. And the ones mentioned below are common ones we've seen this year.
If you didn’t see one in your inbox (or it landed in spam), you can also check your dashboard under “Your Offers” or try registering directly with the links below.

Each of the following offers apply to a single stay. You’ll need to register by December 31, 2025, and complete your stay within four months of registering. There’s no minimum stay length required, so even one night should qualify.
3,000 bonus points
Targeted Hilton Honors members can earn 3,000 bonus points on their next stay. To qualify, register by December 31, 2025, then book and complete a stay at any Hilton property worldwide within four months of registering.

Double points
This targeted promotion offers double points on one stay after registration. Register by December 31, 2025, then complete a stay at any Hilton property worldwide within four months to earn double points.

Double elite-qualifying nights
This targeted promotion offers double elite-qualifying nights on one stay after registration. Register by December 31, 2025, then complete a stay within four months to earn double elite nights on that stay.

Other Hilton Bonus Point Promotions
The following Hilton Honors promotions award bonus points for stays at select brands, booking eligible rates, or using promo codes.
[Booking window closed] 5,000 bonus points per stay at AutoCamp properties
Hilton Honors members can now earn a 5,000-point bonus for checking out AutoCamp properties. You’ll earn 5,000 bonus points for each new stay booked by October 31, 2025, and completed by March 31, 2026.
Registration isn’t required, but you’ll need to book the “Honors Bonus Points Offer” special rate. Just make sure you’re not paying more for the privilege, since those 5,000 points are worth about $30 based on recent AwardWallet user redemptions.

1,000 bonus points per night at Spark Hotels
Hilton Honors members booking a stay at a Spark hotel can take advantage of a specific promotion offering 1,000 bonus points per night at participating properties. The offer is capped at seven nights, so you can earn up to 7,000 bonus points per stay. And this promotion is on offer indefinitely.

Registration isn’t required. Instead, the 1,000-point bonus is tied to a special rate. But be aware that this rate may be higher than the standard best available rate.
Based on recent AwardWallet redemptions of Hilton points at 0.59¢ each, you shouldn’t pay more than $5 extra per night just for the bonus points.

Earn up to 5,000 Hilton points at new or renovated properties
Hilton Honors members can earn up to 5,000 bonus points when staying at new or newly renovated Hilton properties. While this promotion is listed on Hilton’s website, the details are vague. Here’s what we know:
- Earn 1,000 Hilton Honors Points per night at select properties.
- Earn 5,000 Hilton Honors Points per stay of three or more nights at select properties.
The challenge is that Hilton doesn’t make it clear which properties are eligible, how long the bonus applies after a hotel opens, what rates qualify, or whether the offer is open to all members. So, let us know if you find a new or renovated property offering these bonus points!

Earn double points on select paid rates
On Hilton’s website, you might see an offer for double points tied to specific paid rates. Details are limited, but you can look for eligible rates online or call Hilton and mention “2X Points” or Plan Code HPDPT1/DP1.
The bonus applies only to the base rate on paid stays, with no cap on the points you can earn. No registration is required, and no expiration date is listed.

Earn bonus points as a new Hilton Honors member
Hilton is one of the hotel chains that offers bonus points for new members. Members who join by December 31, 2025, and complete three eligible stays within six months of joining can earn up to 3,000 bonus points. Stays can be any number of nights, and existing bookings count as long as the new member adds their membership number to the booking.

Score up to $1,000 in Hilton Hotel Credits
Members headed to Mexico, Hawaii, or the Caribbean can book a stay at select Hilton resorts and receive up to $1,000 in hotel credit. This offer is only valid on stays of three nights or more (booked at least 14 days in advance), with credits ranging from $100 to $1,000 depending on the property and length of stay.

If you wish, you can use half your hotel credit for food and beverage purchases and the other half for spa services.

Free Fourth Night on Stays at Hilton Luxury Brands
You can get a free fourth night added to your stay when booking a Waldorf Astoria, LXR, or Conrad property. You'll need to book the “LRM Extra Night” package to get this benefit. The full terms are available here, and there's no end date listed for this offer.

Other Ways to Earn More Hilton Points
Another way to boost your earnings from Hilton stays — and score perks like free breakfast — is to have Hilton Honors elite status. You can get Hilton Honors elite status through Hilton-branded American Express credit cards. Alternatively, if you have elite status with another hotel program, Hilton is still offering a status match and challenge with reduced requirements. Enrollment is required for select Amex benefits.

(Terms apply)

Bottom Line
If you’re planning a stay at a Hilton property, it’s worth perusing the list of current promotions to see if one (or more) can make your trip more rewarding. Right now, offers include 2,500 bonus points on every stay through the fourth quarter of 2025, rate- or brand-specific deals, and targeted promotions you might qualify for. Just be sure to register ahead of time when required so you don’t miss out.

Is the 4th night free at Waldorf Astoria/LXR/Conrad really for “when using points to book”? The linked page doesn’t say anything about redeeming points. It looks like the promo is only for paid rooms.
John, I didn’t keep tabs on this, so something changed at some point. I reached out to Hilton who couldn’t confirm a change but did say it’s now valid on paid stays only. I’ve updated the post.
Underwhelming for sure
Great 😊 thanks 🙏
Note that Hilton just extended existing status for everyone thru March 2023 and announce that all nights stayed in 2021 will rollover into 2022. Both of these actions make this Hilton promotion even more attractive.
Thanks for sharing, Chris!
So 52 pts/$ for a Diamond with AMEX Surpass?
Yep!
I love how easy Hilton promotions are – no complex stay requirements or exclusions. It really makes me feel engaged with the program, even if I agree that the relative value of each point is low.
The Fall promotion is not as good as the current one, but at least we get double points. As is true for many, work travel has been seriously curtailed this year and we may stop traveling again at any time with the latest COVID outbreaks.
Hilton Honors is my preferred program, but I’ve only managed 3 stays/nights this year with little prospect of adding many more before the end of the year. I’ve been diamond for a number of years, but with little prospect of getting the 12 additional stays I need this year to retain diamond I’m thinking of giving up on always choosing a Hilton group hotel, and just going with the cheapest chain for each stay. I think this is a pretty dull and uninspiring promotion which does nothing to encourage me to maintain my Hilton first policy, but still I suppose any promotion is better than nothing for any stays that remain with Hilton.
It’s promos like these along with elite status from Amex cards which drives me to choose Hilton over others for my upcoming trips.
Como faço para me tornar membro?
Nice straight forward promo! Hopefully Marriott Bonvoy will bring out one
Great information. I registered for the promotion and I have a trip planned in October!
These promos are great but for more bang for your buck I would use a Hilton amex card to increase the number of points that I need.
Hilton is making all the right moves to stimulate demand during this pandemic that just doesn’t seem to want to end any time soon….thanks Hilton!
Looks like another great offer.
Shame that the standard in Hilton has gone down massively.
People really should take up on the promotions to keep the repeated devaluations in check.
Signed up last night. Hilton’s points truly are some of the lowest value points out there, but they give them out SO easily that it really may be the best bang for the buck. I want to do an analysis based on return on spend and not on cents per point redemption value. I hypothesize that your ROI is actually greater with Hilton than Hyatt.
A lot of those credit cards don’t really exist any more, they’re held by legacy customers.
I still have a Barclaycard Hilton CC, it’s been closed to new customers for years now.
Pretty solid promo. Nothing from Marriott….time to move remaining stays this year to Hilton.
I wish travel soon to take advantage of this good deal!!!
This double Hilton Honors points promo stacked with the bonus points from my Hilton Gold Elite and the 3 Ultimate Rewards points per dollar on my Chase Sapphire Reserve has come just in time for my drive from my summer work in San Diego back home to Houston in mid September.
In my experience, unlike with airline/airport lounges, the food at major brand hotel executive level lounges has never been anywhere close to as good as the food in the main hotel restaurant, so I am not really disappointed at the loss of the executive lounge benefits with Hilton Gold Elite and Marriott Gold Elite, which status is complementary anyway with various of my travel rewards credit cards. Nor with Hilton’s complementary Gold Elite meal – free meals are provided at many Hilton and other major brands properties anyway, and included in promotional rates at certain other properties. Some independent hotels have really stellar executive lounge food, however. I am thrilled to get other benefits from Hilton and Marriott elite status recognition, especially points bonus, easier access to early check-in and late-check-out, added choice on the room type and location in the property regardless of the particular rate booked, and (when the cell phone data signal is weak) free wifi.
I’m hoping to buy some points to stay in Hawaii Hilton Village for Feb 2022.
Be sure to do the math. Buying points is rarely a good deal.
Que buena noticia, me alegra leer esto. Espero poder ir este verano con mi familia.
Good to know. I hope I can travel next summer.
I’d gladly start to travel again, but the closes and only hotel within the Hiltonportfolio is a 4,5h drive away from where I live. I need at least 10 nights before the end of the year, but so far no luck as all my plans falls apart due to the Coronvirus with closed borders and no possibilities to travel. I keep my fingers that the world will open up for more easy travel soon without the PCR-testing and there will probably be a new campaign later in the fall with another promotion going on for Hilton.
Try to schedule your trip to have a full moon while you’re there. The sky is incredibly beautiful. Get ready for an unforgettable night.
This is a good promo. We are looking at booking a summer trip and this is a good way to earn extra points for Hilton.
It would be nice to see Hilton selling points for less than 0.5 c/point at some point.. I’d definitely buy then!
I’d be a buyer at that rate too! But, the 0.5 cents per point rate isn’t bad – and it’s available now! https://awardwallet.com/hotels/hilton-honors/buy-hilton-points/
Thanks for the information. Is it valid worldwide?
Good question. It is available worldwide! I added a note about that to the piece.
Per the T&C: “Offer valid for stays completed May 3 – September 6, 2021 … at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio”
Hilton Honors is a good one. Thanks a lot for the information on the promotion. Great way to get back on the road after Covid19 and take advantage of a super program. I really like the important tip about the timing of the registration, since that is easy to miss. THANKS for that!!!!!
I’ve already two bookings with Hilton in July and so I’ve registered for the promo.
Pretty good deal especially if you already use hilton
Then they go and remove elite breakfast benefits… ?
I know ? Not cool Hilton!
Hopefully, the lucky ones can enjoy their newly acquired diamond status with abandon in 2022.
Thanks for the heads up! Even though we have no finalized travel plans yet, I will definitely be registering, just in case.
Seems it’s a good promo, but as i think it’s not good more than last season. the Q1 promo can be get more points for HH.
I have bunch of HHonors points can be used for the summer! Yeah!
This is great information and very helpful for planning on maximizing points and rewards for upcoming travel. Hilton’s rewards programs and promotions just don’t seem to be as good as some of their competitors though.
Do award stays count towards Elite status?
Award stays DO count toward elite status. From the Hilton T&C: “Qualifying nights for paid and reward stays (including Points & Money Rewards stays) count as full qualifying nights for achieving status and are eligible to be rolled over to the following calendar year.” https://www.hilton.com/en/hilton-honors/terms/
I’ve been pleased with Hilton lately. However, I still can’t believe you have to call in to get your free night certificates booked. It’s amazing in this day and age that you can’t book them online like every other brand.
Just registered, easy points. Hilton always has a lot of offers for its members.
Thanks for the info. I think IHG promotion – triple point after 3rd stay – seems more tempting than this hilton’s double & triple promotion.
IHG is probably the better scheme if you are interested in collecting points for free nights, whereas Hilton is probably better in terms of benefits if you have status.
The problem with IHG is that they won’t give you a room for points in any peak season. Hilton almost always will. Try booking Tahiti with IHG points.
Bonuses + status extensions would be truly fantastic for parties involved.
Registered both accounts I manage, just in case.. but probably won’t drive any Hilton nights.
Registered (as I do for all of them, despite not planning any non-essential travel for awhile). One thing I’ll miss a lot when I resume non-essential travelling will be hotel lounges and full breakfasts.
I especially miss those stunning executive lounges with fantastic catering offerings.
Nice perk from Hilton to enhance the earning potential from stays, but with the continued devaluations and inflated points requirements at aspirational Hilton properties, the prospects here are really less than compelling. They need some break away deals like IHG so there are better options on the redemption side too
Unfortunately even with the reduced thresholds, and the carry over of nights form last year, I can’t see there being any prospect of me retaining Diamond as I am currently at zero stays this year. Even if things return closer to normality soon, I just don’t see how I can hit the target.
Anouther strong promotion from Hilton. The last promotion was much better though because reward stays counted.
I do love me some Hilton Honors double points!!! NICE!!
Thanks. However, I am noticing something interesting in trying to take advantage of the Hilton offers as well as get my stays in to requalify for Diamond. It seems that some Hiltons are raising their rates substantially, while limiting the number of rooms. I will not mention a particular HGI that wanted over $200 a night for rooms that 15/18 months ago would have gone for $100 – $125/night. What makes it more interesting, competitors within a couple miles seem to have rates comparable to what they would have charged pre-pandemic.
Almost all brand are offering similar reduced loyalty rewards programs in order to keep their customers. They should keep the latest year status.
Your last line incorrectly states earn double points and nights through May 2, 2021…. That was last year’s promotion….
Also, I think you should suggest that people with long stays crossing the May 2, 2021 deadline unsure that they check out on May 3, 2021 and then check back in with a separate booking on the 4th…. stay somewhere else on the 3rd to avoid any merged stay if possible…
The terms and conditions for this promotion state: “Offer valid for stays completed January 1 – May 2, 2021 (“Promotion Period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio. Hilton Honors™ members must first register at HiltonHonors.com/pointsunlimited prior to completing a stay within the Promotion Period.” So, I’m a bit confused by what you mean about this being last year’s promotion.
But, that’s a good point about making sure to check out by May 2 for long stays!
That’s not a bad promotion but maybe they should take a page from Hyatt’s books and also provide some sort of bonus elite nights or something.
Good promo but pretty much par for the course. Good news for Hilton loyalists!
Seems generous but on the other hand, how much can people travel and take advtange of this in these pandemic times.
Yes, but I do very much look forward to what should be a real sweet spot, where there’s overlap between when it starts to genuinely be safe to travel again and the excellent offers to entice us back.
Hope Hilton gets a bit more creative in designing their promos! It looks like a pretty “standard” promo similar to many pre-covid ones.
Thank you for the information on the Hilton promotion. Very weak, especially when you consider what Hyatt is offering.
Thanks for the heads up. Speaking of Hilton, did anyone get the 10,000 bonus points from signing up for surveys? I thought I had, because it showed up on the survey site account, but I haven’t received them in my Hilton account.
Oh no! Hopefully they are deposited for you soon. My points were deposited not too long after I did a survey, but the T&C did note that it can take 4-6 weeks.
I did mine, and on the survey site, I got confirmation right away after I finished my 1st survey. It wasn’t an easy survey. Although there site did say 6-8 week. It appeared on my Hilton account few days later. 10k plus 450 for the 1st survey!
I have already signed up and have a few one night stays scheduled. I’ll admit that I have split up my stays so that I stay one night in a Hilton, one in a Marriott and one in a Hyatt. To take advantage of all the bonuses that are available right now. It’s a bit more work but will be worth it. I will admit that I had forgotten about the Hilton Milestone Bonuses. Just one more thing to keep things interesting.
I really hope to be travelling again by then to take advantage of this good deal!
Thanks. I signed up for the promotion you gave the link to. It’s not clear how long it will be before I travel again, but it’s always good to sign up in case.
Totally agreed. Might as well sign up for these promotions just in case!
I know, especially I had foreseen and been disappointed by so many false hopes.
I’d like to register this promo. Will be have a trip to Alaska stay at Hilton hotels.
If I’m in a stay right now and check out the beginning of October, will this count?
As long as the Checkout is before 12/31 and you’ve registered, it should count.
Really strong – and beautifully straightforward – promo from Hilton; I’m certainly looking forward to taking advantage of this before the end of the year as the opportunities to travel again open up..
Thanks for letting us know the link is live. Now, just need to book rooms!
Thanks for the Hilton promotions! This is great to see!
Now that so many of us have some idea about the cents value of these points (from reading blogger posts) I think the HHonors double points rarely get me excited.
How to know which hotel chains will survive the post-pandemic crisis?
It’s very tempting, although it’d be nice if the rates were a little better at Hiltons.
I think the double nights count towards Lifetime Diamond status. I wish they would show progress towards this in the app or on the website as it would be a motivation to book.
@ECR – There was mention in the travel-blog-sphere earlier this year that Hilton planned to a add lifetime status tracker to the website by the end of 2020. Perhaps we’ll still see that, but seems likely global events have caused resources to be diverted from the project.
Already Registered. Can be earn more point next Month. But is there have a platinum member challenge?
That’s a good promo. Registered for it. Now i just wish to actually use it before the end of the year.
With points expiration extended until the end of the year, I suspect that many members will be looking to add points by December. This is a good opportunity to earn points, particularly for those planning to travel during the holidays.
Just registered.
I think Hilton runs the best promotions these days.
Registered! (As I have for so many other travel promos, although I don’t plan to travel, outside of road trips in my vehicle, any time soon.)
Plan to go to Thailand Hilton hotels. It’s good promo for me. I will be go to register this offer. Tks
looking unlikely to travel before the end of the year but will register just in case!
It’s a good promo to keep my platinum membership. I have registered this offer. Thanks.
It seems like the promotions are getting better as the reopening of the economy continues. It would be great if it was also double airline miles too as Hilton is the only program that gives you both hotel and airline points.
I don’t have plans to take a vacation during this period, but I signed up anyways. You never know!
I have signed up. Thanks for the reminder. This time it was really easy unlike for the recent Bonvoy promotion; I had to call and the phone agent commented that online signup was not working for a lot of people.
Marriott has certainly had a ton of issues. I’m sensing a theme.
Great promo. Will being utilizing the double nights.
I would be needing to be in one of the Hilton properties in Cancun now!
Good window for this promotion. Nice to see it open through the end of 2020.
So many hotel promotions coming up these days!
All these programs are enticing travelers. 🙂
Not a bad promo I guess. But not really omventng enough to go out of your way.
PS I wish AW would not recycle old posts, makes it hard to follow current comments.
