Heading to an IHG property soon? There are a couple of IHG promotions running right now that can help you rack up extra points or elite nights. Global IHG Promotions
Earn 2X points on your second stay, 3X on third and beyond
Earnings for IHG’s “up to triple points” promotion are now open. The offer runs from October 1 through December 31, 2025. Starting October 1, you’ll earn double points on your second stay, triple points on your third, and triple points on all stays at properties worldwide after that. It’s worth registering now so you don’t forget later.

Members may have the option to buy up to 5,000 elite qualifying points per night at booking. This might or might not be a good idea depending on your elite status goals, so check out the math of when it does and doesn't make sense.

Our Take
IHG typically offers several promotions at once. Right now, the list of promotions is a bit short. So, we expect IHG will roll out more soon. Until then, IHG One Rewards members can earn double points on the second stay and triple points starting on your third stay.
