What Is JetBlue Vacations?
Most major airlines have a vacation booking portal to combine flights with hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other activities. JetBlue is no different. While anyone can book a JetBlue Vacations package, only TrueBlue members will earn points on the package. Members earn 6X points on the flight and 1X on all other portions of the package.
Similar to other vacation booking platforms, it comes down to whether you want to book these packages for convenience or to book your flights and hotels separately to maximize your rewards.

JetBlue Vacations announced a partnership to assist travelers who experience bad weather on their vacation. Travelers can now purchase rain protection, provided by WeatherPromise. WeatherPromise will determine whether the traveler has experienced extreme weather on their vacation based on three factors:
- How many days of rain (roughly one-third of the trip)
- How many hours each day (roughly one-third of the day)
- How much rain per hour (0.04 inches)
This rain protection costs a percentage of the total package price. Travelers can purchase the protection for flight and hotel packages departing from the U.S. or a U.S. territory. You can book your rain protection from the confirmation page of your package, from the email you will receive, or within the “Manage Your Booking” section of your package.
Note that the cost of rain protection is influenced by historical data about the season and area you are traveling to. So, if you're headed to a rainy climate during the rainy season, expect to pay more for rain protection.
This travel protection is completely managed by WeatherPromise, not JetBlue. If they deem your vacation was affected by extreme weather, you will get a full refund without a lot of hassle. But don't expect a refund if you only had a drizzle for a few hours on your vacation.
JetBlue Vacations Discounts without Promo Codes
Get $125 or more in VIP perks at select resorts
This promotion does not require a promo code, but is worth considering. Book a vacation package with a stay of 4+ nights to eligible destinations displaying the “Very Important Perks!” offer to receive $125 or more in benefits.
To take advantage of this offer, book your package at least four days before travel. The last day you can book is December 31, 2025. All travel dates are available, excluding blackout dates now through January 2, 2026.

Get up to a 40% discount
If you don't want to wait for the frequent flash sales, you can still get up to a 40% discount, but only on select routes. This discount is available through January 4, 2026, and eligible travel is through March 31, 2026. The discount is automatically applied to the package price, meaning you won't see what the discount is or how much you are saving.
Travelers must book a package including flights and a hotel stay or flights and a cruise. The discount does not apply to Mint fares. Availability restrictions apply. New bookings only.

Promotions with Closed Booking Windows
Up to $1,000 off eligible packages worldwide
The last JetBlue Vacations promo code offered travelers up to $1,000 off packages to all destinations worldwide. Travelers must have booked a vacation by December 5, 2025, using the correct promo code and paid a $99 deposit per person. Travelers who booked such a package have until November 1, 2026, to complete their travels.
Flash Sale: Up to $650 off vacation packages
This JetBlue 72-hour flash offered up to $650 off vacation packages. Travelers who booked a package by March 15 must complete their travels by February 1, 2026.
General Terms and Conditions
- The minimum spend threshold includes taxes and fees.
- Limit one discounted booking per person per JetBlue Vacations destination.
- Valid with revenue-based packages only.
- Promotion discounts do not apply to Mint fares or the Best Price Guarantee.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, split over multiple bookings, or partially redeemed.
- New JetBlue Vacations bookings only.
- Reservations changed within the booking period are accepted without penalty. If the reservation is changed after the booking date, the discount is forfeited.
JetBlue Vacations cancellation policy
One point to keep in mind is that JetBlue Vacations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel the package, JetBlue charges a $100 fee per person and then issues the balance as a credit. The credit is valid for 1 year and only for another JetBlue Vacations package. The credit is not available for air-only travel on JetBlue.
If you can change your package without canceling it, JetBlue will grant you one change free of charge. After that, all changes will incur a fee of $100 per person.
Our Take
Currently, JetBlue Vacations doesn't have any promo codes to save on vacation packages. Instead, anyone can save up to 40% without a promo code, but only on select routes. Additionally, getting at least $125 in VIP perks is still available until the end of the year.
As with any vacation booking portal, travelers need to decide whether they're getting the best deal or if they should book flights and hotels separately to redeem points for each.
The new partnership between JetBlue Vacations and WeatherPromise gives travelers the peace of mind that they can get an easy refund if their trip is rained out. Of course, you will need to pay extra for rain protection, but that is something most travel insurance doesn't cover. Other travel insurance plans only cover you in the event that your trip is affected (canceled flights, etc.) by extreme weather.
