An easy way to make your Lyft rides cheaper or more rewarding is to carry a credit card that offers Lyft benefits — either by elevated earning rates or monthly credits (or both). If you're wondering which cards offer such benefits, we've got you covered.

Here are all the credit cards that offer benefits with Lyft.

Increased Lyft Earning Rates and Monthly Credits With Chase Cards

Several Chase credit cards offer elevated earning rates on Lyft rides, though the exact rate depends on the card. These figures reflect the total earnings you'll receive — not in addition to your usual rewards. The rates listed below are valid through September 30, 2027.

In addition, those with the Sapphire Reserve or J.P. Morgan Reserve card can take advantage of a $10 monthly in-app credit good for rides booked through the Lyft app.

Lyft Credits for World Elite Mastercard Holders

If you have a World Elite Mastercard, you can get benefits on top of those offered by the individual card issuer. One of these benefits is that you can get a $5 credit when you take three Lyft rides in a calendar month. No registration is needed. All you have to do is pay for them with your World Elite Mastercard.

The IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card, Citi Strata Premier℠ Card, and JetBlue Plus Card are three examples of World Elite Mastercard products. And, obviously, there are many more!

  • Earn Points and Miles Through Lyft Partnerships

Lyft has partnerships with a growing number of travel partners. Currently, you can choose between earning Hilton Honors points, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles, or Bilt Rewards Points on Lyft rides. This is in addition to the credit card rewards or cash back you'll accrue from paying for your Lyft ride.

To take advantage of this, you will need to link your loyalty account to your Lyft account. Once you do, you can earn the following points and miles on Lyft rides:

    • Hilton Honors: 3X Hilton points per dollar spent on economy, luxury, and extra-seat rides or 2x Hilton points on shared rides.
    • Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan: 1X Alaska Mileage Plan miles per dollar spent on Lyft rides.
    • Bilt Rewards: 2X Bilt Rewards Points per dollar spent on Lyft rides. Plus, earn an additional 3X Bilt Points if you pay with The Bilt Mastercard® for a total of 5X Bilt Points per dollar spent.

    Bottom Line

Depending on what credit cards are in your wallet, you could earn handsomely on Lyft rides or enjoy other perks like priority pickups and waived cancellation fees. While some of these bonus earnings and bonus perks are temporary, others have no end date, and you can take advantage of them at any time.
